2 Introduction

2.1 devolo Mesh

devolo Mesh turns your home into a Whole-Home
Gigabit Wi-Fi network, providing the perfect Inter-
net experience as a result!
Mesh-Wi-Fi
The devolo Mesh WiFi set consists exclusively of
Wi-Fi units that replace your existing router Wi-Fi
with a pure mesh network. Up to 100 terminal de-
vices can be supplied with Wi-Fi at maximum giga-
bit speeds in a cohesive network
The fastest tri-band of its class
WiFi ac meets Powerline: Perfect Wi-Fi is transmit-
ted to all end devices over two frequencies (2.4 and
5 GHz) with secure encryption. The devolo units
distribute the Internet signal via power line (based
on G.hn) throughout the home, ensuring a light-
ning-fast, stable network!
devolo Mesh adapters are compatible with
all Wi-Fi routers, Wi-Fi-capable devices,
other HomeGrid-certified products and, of
course, devolo Magic adapters.
For technical reasons,
devolo Mesh series are not compatible with
dLAN devices.
