• If the alarm enters calibrating mode by accident, press the TEST button to exit
the calibrating mode.
Maintenance
We recommend cleaning the alarm at least once per month.
• Gently vacuum the outside of the device while using a soft brush, or use
compressed air to blow dust from the surface of the unit. Do not blow com-
pressed air directly into the alarm.
• Never use water or organic solvents to clean the unit.
• Do not paint the unit
• Always test the alarm after any cleaning process
Note
This device is designed to protect individuals from the serious and potentially
fatal effects of exposure to carbon monoxide. It may not fully protect individu-
als who may have certain medical conditions. If you have a medical condition
that might possibly have an impact on the efficacy of this CO monitor, or are in
any doubt, consult your doctor or other medical professional.
Two-year Limited Warranty
The company warrants this product, excluding batteries, to be free from defects
in the workmanship or materials, under normal use and service, for a period of
two (2) years from the date of purchase by the consumer. If at any time during
the warranty period the product is determined to be defective or malfunctions,
the company shall repair or replace it (at the company's option).

This warranty does not cover removal or re-installation costs. This warranty shall
not apply if it is shown that the defect or malfunction was caused by damage
which occurred while the product was in the possession of a consumer.
The company's sole responsibility shall be to repair or replace the product within
the terms stated above.
The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, in-
cluding any incidental or consequential damages resulting, directly or
indirectly, from any breach of any warranty, express or implied, or any
other failure of this product.
This warranty is the only express warranty the company makes on this
product. The duration of any implied warranties, including the warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is hereby limited
to the two-year duration of this warranty.
