3. Montieren der Antriebsräder
● Befestigen Sie das Antriebsrad (2) an der hinteren
Achse (8). Passen Sie es der Getriebeaufnahme an.
● Schieben Sie eine Unterlegscheibe (11) auf die
hintere Achse (8).
● Fixieren Sie mit einer selbstsperrenden Mutter (9).
● Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang um das andere
Antriebsrad an der hintern Achse zu montieren. Ziehen
Sie die selbstsperrenden Muttern (9) auf beiden Seiten
fest an. VORSICHT! Nicht zu fest anziehen.
4. Montieren der Räder
● Entfernen Sie die selbstsperrende Mutter (Ø10) (9) und
Unterlegscheibe (Ø12) (11) von der vorderen Achse. Legen
Sie eine Unterlegscheibe (Ø12) (11) bereit.
● Schieben Sie ein Rad (3) auf die vordere Achse.
● Jetzt die Unterlegscheibe (Ø12) (11) auf die Achse schieben.
● Fixieren Sie mit einer selbstsperrenden Mutter (Ø12) (9).
VORSICHT! Nicht zu fest anziehen. Wiederholen Sie diese
Schritte um das andere Rad zu montieren.

3. Mounting the driving wheels
● Fit the driving wheel (2) onto the rear axle (8).
Make it match with the gear box.
● Fit a (11) washer onto the rear axle (8).
● Fit a locknut (9) to the end of rear axle (8).
● Repeat this procedure to assemble the other diving wheel to
rear axel. Tighten the locknuts (9) on both sides of rear axle
with two spanners. DO NOT over-tighten.
4. Mounting the wheels
● Remove a Ø10 locknut (9) and a Ø12 washer (11) from the
front axle. And leave over a Ø12 washer (11).
● Fit a wheel (3) onto the front axle.
● Fit a Ø12 washer (11) onto the front axle.
● Fit a Ø12 locknut (9) to the end of the front axle. And tighten
with a spanner, DO NOT over-tighten. Repeat this
procedure to assemble the other wheel(s).
DE - Nach der Montage eines Rads an den Achsen, überprü-
fen Sie bitte das Spiel am Gewinde (siehe Bild). Sollte der Spalt
zu groß sein, fügen Sie bitte zwei oder drei Unterlegscheiben
hinzu. Nach dem Anziehen der Mutter, überprüfen Sie, dass
das Rad reibungslos laufen kann. Dies ist sehr wichtig, sollte
das Rad nicht reibungslos laufen, wird der Motor beschädigt!
In diesem Fall entfernen Sie wieder ein oder zwei Unterleg-
scheiben.
GB - After assembling any wheel to the axles, please check
the gap between the screw thread and the collapsible (refer
to below picture), if the gap is too big, please add two or three
washers inside the wheel, But after tightening the nut outside
the wheel, please turn the wheel by your fi nger to check if the
wheel can run smoothly, this is very important, because if the
wheel can run smoothly, it is ok, but if the nut press the wheel
and the wheel can't run smoothly, the motor will be broken ea-
sily! Then you need to decrease one or two washers to make
sure the wheel can run smoothly!

3. Montage des roues d'entraînements
● Fixez le pignon d'entraînement (2) sur l'axe arrière (8).
Adaptez-le au système d'entrainement.
● Mettez en place une rondelle (11) sur l'axe arrière (8).
● Fixer l'ensemble avec un écrou sécurisé (9).
● Effectuez la même opération sur l'autre roue motrice sur
l'axe arrière. Serrez correctement les deux écrous sécurisés
(9) sur les deux côtés. ATTENTION! N'appliquez pas trop
de force lors du serrage.
4. Montage des roues
● Enlevez l'écrou sécurisé (Ø10) (9) et la rondelle (Ø12) (11)
de l'axe avant. Préparez une rondelle (Ø12) (11).
● Placez une roue (3) sur l'axe avant.
● Placez maintenant la rondelle (Ø12) (11) sur l'axe.
● Fixez l'ensemble avec un écrou sécurisé (Ø12) (9).
ATTENTION! N'appliquez pas trop de force lors du
serrage. Effectuez les mêmes opérations avec l'autre roue.

3. Montaggio ruote di trascinamento
● Fissare la ruota motrice (2) sull'asse posteriore (8). Adattare
l´inserimento del ingranaggio.
● Spingere una rondella (11) sull´asse posteriore (8).
● Fissare con un dado autobloccante (9).
● Ripetere questo processo per l´altra ruota sull´asse
posteriore. Tirare il dado (9) su tutte due le parti.
ATENZIONE! Non stringere eccessivamente.
4. Motaggio delle ruote
● Rimuovere il dado autobloccante (Ø10) (9) e la rondella
(Ø12) (11) del´asse anteriore. Preparare una rondella (Ø12)
(11).
● Tirare una ruota (3) sull´asse anteriore.
● Ora spingere la rondella (Ø12) (11) sull´asse.
● Fissare il dado autobloccante (Ø12) (9). ATENZIONE! Non
stringere eccessivamente. Ripetere questi passaggi per
montare l´altre ruote.
FR - Après le montage d'une roue sur son axe, vérifi ez le jeu
au niveau du fi letage (voir image). Si la fente devait être trop
importante, ajoutez deux ou trois rondelles. Après serrage de
l'écrou, vérifi ez que la roue puisse tournée librement. Cela est
très important, si celle-ci ne devait pas tournez sans contraintes
le moteur pourrait être endommagé! Dans ce cas enlevez à
nouveau une ou deux rondelles.
IT - Dopo il montaggio della ruota sull´asse, controllare il gioco
al fi letto (vedi foto). Se la distanza e troppo grande, aggiungere
due o tre rondelle. Dopo il serraggio del dado, controllare se la
ruota funziona senza problemi. Questo e molto importante, se
la ruota non funziona correttamente, il motore viene danneggia-
to! In questo caso togliere una o due rondelle.
DE - Montage der Lenksäule
● Drehen Sie die Karosse (1) auf die Seite.
● Schieben Sie das gerade Stück der Lenkachse (6)
nach oben durch das Loch in der Karosserie (1).
● Schieben Sie das gebogene Ende der Lenkachse (6)
durch das Loch in der vorderen Achsplatte (7). Jetzt

eine Unterlegscheibe (Ø10) (19) auf die Achse (6)
schieben und einen Splint (17) in das Loch der Lenk-
achse (6) einsetzen. Mit Hilfe einer Zange verbiegen
Sie das Ende des Splints.
GB - Steering shaft assembly

● Turn the vehicle body (1) on its side.
● Insert the straight end of the steering shaft (6) up
through the hole in the vehicle body (1).
● Insert the bent end of the steering shaft (6) through the
hole in the front axle plate (7). Fit a Ø10 washer (19)

onto the steering shaft, and insert a split pin (17)

through the hole in the steering shaft. Bend the ends of
17
the split pin back using a pair of pliers.
FR - Montage de la console de direction
● Tournez la carrosserie (1) sur le côté.
● Engagez la partie droite de l'axe directionnel (6) vers
le haut dans le trou de la carrosserie (1).

3. Montaje de la rueda de accionamento
● Fijar la rueda de accionamento (2) en el eje trasero (8).
Adaptarlo en la grabación de engranajes.
● Deslice una arandela (11) en el eje trasero (8).
● Fijar las tuercas (9).
● Repitir este procedimiento para montar la otra rueda de
accionamento en el eje trasero. Tirar las turca (9) en ambos
laddos. ATENCIÓN! No apriete demasiado.
4. Montaje de las ruedas
● Quitar la tuerca (Ø10) (9) y las arandelas (Ø12) (11) de el
eje delantero. Poner una arandela listo (Ø12) (11).
● Tirar una rueda (3) en el eje delantero.
● Deslice la arandela (Ø12) (11) en el eje.
● Fijar la tuerca (Ø12) (9). ATENCIÓN! No apriete
demasiado. Repite este paso para montar la otra rueda.
ES - Después de el montaje de la rueda en el eje, comprueba
el juego de la rosca (ver foto). Si la distanica es demasiado
grande, añade dos o tres arandelas. Después de apretar la
tuerca, comprueba si la rueda funciona sin problemas. Esto es
muy importante, si la rueda no funciona bien, el motor podría
dañar se! En este caso, basta quitar una o dos arandelas.
● Engagez la partie courbée de l'axe directionnel (6)
IT - Montaggio della colonna di guida
● Girare la carrozzeria (1) sul lato.
● Spingere il pezzo diritto del asse volante (6) sul alto
● Spingere la parte fi nale piegato della asse volante (6)
ES - Montaje de la columna de dirección
● Girar la carrocería (1) en el lado.
● Deslice la pieza recta del eje de dirección (6) hacia
● Deslice la parte fi nal acodado del eje de dirección (6) a
dans le trou de la platine d'axe avant (7). Placez main-
tenant une rondelle (Ø10) (19) sur l'axe (6) puis mettez
une goupille (17) dans le trou de l'axe directionnel (6).
A l'aide d'une pince tordez le bout de la goupille.
