Upkeep and maintenance
Even a high quality product like this device requires upkeep and maintenance.
The dispenser itself is maintenance-free with the exception of the battery change. Only use hot water for cleaning and do
not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents.
Follow the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute (www.rki.de).
Please only use hot water and do not use caustic purifi ers or scouring powders!

Cleaning the dispenser
Remove the cover and take out the batteries. Only clean the outside of the dispenser. Wipe the dispenser with a damp
cloth.
Never disassemble the device!
If the bottle is full, a longer period of non-use will not cause any impairments. Therefore, you should replace
an empty bottle in a timely manner.
Make sure not to submerge the device or expose it to a water jet.
The device is not autoclavable and cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Cleaning the pump
The pump itself is suitable for the dishwasher (up to 60 ° C).
After being cleaned in the dishwasher, it must be dried for about 6 hours before being put back into the
device.

Possible Cause
Insert a full bottle.
Insert the pump into the dispenser.
Close the device.
Remove and clean the pump.
Replace the bottle.
Perform the dosing process several
times. If this does not work, the pump
may be clogged.

Insert new batteries.
Pay attention to the correct polarity.
