Montage des Abdeckrahmens
Überprüfung
der
Dichtfläche
deckrahmen: Es dürfen keine Kratzer oder
sonstige Beschädigungen erkennbar sein.
Überprüfung der Dichtfläche am Gehäuse: Es

Überprüfung der verwendeten Schrauben. Es
dürfen
nur
Originalschrauben
werden.
Defekte
Schrauben,
GLAMOX-Ersatzteil-Nr.
ersetzen.
Achten Sie auf eine korrekte Verwendung der
neuen Schraubendichtringe
(enthalten
in
GLAMOX-Ersatzteil-
Nr.9840137700).
Die Schraubengewinde sind einzufetten. Die
zulässigen Fette sind in der Betriebsanleitung
erwähnt.
In jedem Fall ist nach Öffnen des Front-
rahmens die alte Dichtung zu entfernen und
eine neue Dichtung einzulegen.
Legen Sie die neue Dichtung in die entspre-
chende Nut des Abdeckrahmens.
Schließen Sie den Abdeckrahmen, überprüfen
Sie den Dichtspalt auf Parallelität und drehen
zunächst die Schrauben in der Reihenfolge 1
– 12 handfest an (siehe Bild 1).
Danach
werden

Drehmoment von 20 Nm angezogen

Take care about the correct use of the new
screw safety rings. (included in GLAMOX
spare part No. 9840137700).
The screw threads have to be greased. The
permitted greases are mentioned in the
operation manual.
In every case it is necessary to use a new
gasket after opening the front frame.
Put the new gasket into the corresponding
groove of the frame.
Close the front frame, check the sealing gap
for parallelism and then hand-tighten the
screws in the order 1 – 12 (see picture 1).
After that the screws were tighten in the

order 1 – 12 (see picture 1) with a torque of
20 Nm.

Vérifiez la surface d'étanchéité du cadre:

Vérifier la surface d'étanchéité de la bâche:
Aucune rayure ou autre dommage visible sur
la surface n'est autorisé.
Vérifiez les vis utilisées. Utilisez uniquement
des vis originales. Vis défectueuses, s'il vous
plaît remplacer avec GLAMOX pièce de
rechange
no.
Veillez à l'utilisation correcte des nouvelles
bagues de sécurité. (inclus dans la pièce de
rechange GLAMOX no. 9840137700).
Les filetages doivent être graissés. Les
graisses autorisées sont mentionnées dans le
manuel
Dans tous les cas, il est nécessaire d'utiliser
un nouveau joint après l'ouverture du cadre
avant.
Mettez le nouveau joint dans la rainure
correspon¬ dante du cadre.
Fermez le cadre avant, vérifiez le parallélisme
de l'espace d'étanchéité, puis serrez les vis à
la main dans l'ordre 1 - 12 (voir figure 1).
Après cela, les vis étaient serrées dans l'ordre
1 - 12 (voir photo 1) avec un couple de 20 Nm.
