Position the support so that the cheese is under the resistance to about 2 cm.
Leave the cheese to heat according to your taste, maneuver the cheese holder, tilt it over the plate to
scrape the cheese without pressing, over its entire length using a suitable knife.
From time to time, using a suitable knife, it is recommended to cut the edges of the cheese that have not
melted and replace them on the surface of the cheese in the center for the next raclette.
After use put the appliance in the OFF position, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool.
NOTE
The device has a safety system in case of overheating. In the event of a trip, disconnect
the appliance and let it cool down. If this protection system is activated regularly, it is
imperative to contact our after-sales service or your reseller.
After automatic shutdown, the device can only be put into service by pressing the Reset button on the back
of the device for this, wait for the oil temperature to drop, then unscrew the plastic protection by turning
anti-clockwise, press the reset button then screw the plastic protection back on.
