BEFORE USE
1. Clean all parts according to the section "Cleaning and maintenance".
2. Always place the appliance upright on a flat surface in order that the built-in compressor can provide the
best performance.
3. Prepare the recipe ingredients before using the machine.
1) Prepare the ingredients from your own recipe.
Note: you do not need to freeze the removable bucket for hours in freezer beforehand, as this machine
has a built-in compressor that freezes the ingredients during operation to ensure the output of the ice
cream.
2) Pour the prepared recipe ingredients and warm water into the removable bucket. Mix it well.
To avoid overflow and waste, please make sure that the ice cream ingredients do not exceed 60% of
the capacity of the removable bucket. (Ice cream will expand after finished.) For yoghurt, the total mix
of ingredients should not be over 1000g.
