Tornillos y Destornilladores iGO
Las Instrucciones de Uso (IFU) cubren puntos específicos relevantes sobre los pilares, tornillos y destornilladores

Indicaciones de uso
Los tornillos y destornilladores iGO se utilizan para restauraciones fijadas con tornillos iGO.
Procedimientos
El destornillador iGO ha sido diseñado para canales de acceso recto y angulado con angulaciones de
hasta 25 grados. La angulación del canal del tornillo entre 20 y 25° requiere un canal de tornillo más
grande que la dimensión preestablecida en las bibliotecas y/o que el canal del tornillo salga a 8 mm o
menos en altura vertical.
Las restauraciones Neoss se colocan en su posición en la boca y se fijan utilizando los pilares y tornillos
protésicos al torque recomendado por el fabricante original. El torque recomendado por Neoss es de
32 Ncm sobre implantes Ø3.5–6.0 y 20 Ncm para restauraciones sobre los implantes Ø3.25 y a nivel del pilar
o transepitelial Access.
Nota: Los tornillos y pilares protésicos iGO (31347, 31348, 31349) y los destornilladores iGO (51183, 51184)
pueden ser utilizados para canales de acceso del tornillo rectos y angulados. Los componentes iGO no
son compatibles con destornilladores (51139, 51140, 51141) y tornillos y pilares protésicos (31258, 31240, 31229)
utilizados previamente para restauraciones individuales con canales de acceso rectos.
Nota: la conexión de tornillo iGO tiene una función de transporte, pero durante la retirada con una gran
angulación del canal del tornillo, esta función puede perderse.

iGO Screws and iGO Screwdrivers

Indications for use
The iGO screws and iGO screwdrivers are used for restorations with iGO screw seatings.
Procedures
iGO screwdriver connection is designed for straight and angulated screw access channels with up 25
degrees angulations. Screw channel angulation between 20 and 25° requires a larger screw channel than
the pre-set dimension in the libraries and/or that the screw channel exits at 8 mm or lower in vertical height.
Restorations are placed into the position in the mouth and fastened using the abutment/prosthetic screws
provided at the torque recommended by the original implant manufacturer. For Neoss the recommended
torque is 32 Ncm for restorations on implants Ø3.5–6.0 and 20 Ncm for restorations on implant Ø3.25 and
Access abutment level.
Note: iGO abutment/prosthetic screws (31347, 31348, 31349) and iGO screwdrivers (51183, 51184) can be used
for both straight and angulated screw channels. iGO components are not compatible with screwdrivers
(51139, 51140, 51141) and abutment/prosthetic screws (31258, 31240, 31229) previously used for individual
restorations with straight channels.
Note: The iGO screw connection has a carry function, but during retrieval with large angulation of the screw
channel this function can be lost.
