Operating instructions
for the Cleankeys CK5 capacitive glass keyboard
Congratulations on buying a Cleankeys CK5 capacitive glass
keyboard! By purchasing this keyboard, you have opted for a
modern, high-quality product that is made by an internationally
experienced and competent manufacturer of data input techno-
logy with many years of experience and expertise. We want to
use these operating instructions to make it easier for you to start
handling this innovative product.
1. Getting started
The CK5 capacitive glass keyboard can be used as a plug&play
unit; there is no need to install a driver or adopt any other spe-
cial measures to start using the keyboard. The CK5 keyboard
can be used on any computer with a USB 2.00-compatible
operating system.
Remove the keyboard from the packaging and connect the USB
jack to a free USB port on your computer. All the LED lights
will remain on for a short time until the computer has recogni-
zed the keyboard. The keyboard is ready for use once the LED
lights have gone off.
When working with a capacitive glass keyboard, the keys and
touch pad are activated simply by touching the glass surface
without any shift path or pressure.
If working with gloves, please note the following:
You can work with latex or silicone gloves.
However, the keyboard is not suitable for use if you are wea-
ring textile or leather gloves.
