Electrical connection of the Direct heating circuit
modules II and III
WARNING
Before carrying out any work, disconnect mains power.
Scenario no. 1:
The boiler is equipped with an ATAG zone connection.
1) To access the connection block for the boiler peripherals, proceed
as follows:
- remove the boiler's casing panel,
- tilt the control unit forwards.
2) To access the connection block for the module peripherals, proceed
as follows:
- remove the module's casing panel,
- undo the two screws (b) and remove the control unit's cover.
3) Make the electrical connections between the "BUS" terminal block
on the boiler (B and T) and one of the two "BUS" terminal blocks on
the module (B and T).
Scenario no. 2:
The boiler does not have an ATAG zone connection.
1) To access the connection block for the module peripherals, proceed
as follows:
- remove the module's casing panel,
- undo the two screws (b) and remove the control unit's cover.
2) Make the electrical connection between the "TA" (room thermostat)
terminal block on the boiler and the "AUX1" terminal block on the
module.
3) Make the electrical connection between one of the two "BUS"
terminal blocks on the module and the "B" and "T" terminal blocks on
the system interface.
