If the inverter inner temperature exceeds the threshold, the thermal
sensor in the inverter module detects the overtemperature of the
supply devices and trips, thus deactivating the inverter output.
If the communication between the two inverter CPUs is interrupted,
the inverter trips and the error code is displayed.
The inverter trips if supply is not detected due to a malfunctioning
caused by noise or damage to the element of the main circuit.
An inner error of the inverter has occurred on the safety protection
circuit between the inner CPU and the driver main unit. The cause
may be an excessive electric noise. The inverter turns off the output
of the IGBT module.
When a thermistor is connected to [5] and [L] terminals and the
inverter has detected an overtemperature, the inverter trips and
deactivates the output.
Motor – inverter connection error
The safety stop signal is activated.
If overload occurs while the motor is working at a very low speed, the
inverter detects the overload and closes the inverter output.
If the connection between the inverter and the programming console
keypad is interrupted, the inverter trips and the error code is
displayed.
If the (C07600) error is selected as treatment in case of
communication error, the inverter trips in case of timeout.
The programme stored in the inverter memory has been destroyed or
the PRG terminal has been activated without any programme being
valid
downloaded in the inverter.
The subroutine, IF instruction or for the next loop are nested in more
than eight levels.
The inverter detected that the control cannot be performed.
If the error defined by the user occurs, the inverter trips and displays
the error code.
These errors are for the option card. Every card can display the errors
for a different meaning. To check the specific meaning, please refer to
the user's manual and the card documentation.
If the encoder wiring is disconnected, an encoder connection error is
detected, the encoder does not work or an encoder is used which
does not support the line driver output, the inverter turns off its
output and the error code shown on the right is displayed.
