COPERCHIO TESTA E POMPA
Montare la valvola di sfilato ali'intarno d f m l coperchio di testa
dopo averla pulita con cura. Installare la guarnizione sotto ai
coperchio. Assernbiare alla testata
il
coperchio fissandolo con
due viti ad unacoppiadi2,5
Kgm
(chiave 13 rnrn.)(flg. 101).
Fissare sul coperchio testa la pompa A.C con due viti a testa
esagonaie (chiave 13
rnrn.)
Fare attenzioie a non tralasciare
di inserire il perno comando pompa.
COLLETTORI ASPIRAZIONE E SCARICO,
TUBO CFIATO
Assemblare alla testata
i
collettori di aspirazione e di scari-
co con relative guarnizioni.
Fissare con relativi dadi utilizzando una chiave di 13 mm.
(fig. 102).
inserire il tubo di sfiato sul coperchio testa e sul collettore
aspirazione; iissare con le fascette.

TUBO POMPA-INIETTORE

inserire i raccordi del tubo rigido pompa-iniettore suila porn-
pa iniezione e sull'iniettore (fig.103). Awitarli a mano con-
trollando il corretto posizionamento dei tubo, indi serrarli
bene utilizzando una chiave di 17 rnm. (suiia pompa inie-
zione occorre mantenere fermo con una chiave di 19 mm.

Fissare il morsetto di fissaggio tubo suiio squadretto del co-
perchio testa (chiave 10 mm.).

POMPA~NIEZIONE
Fissare i raccordi dei tubo di rifiuto iniettore rispettivamente
ail'iniettore e sul disaeratore della pompa iniezione (chiave

mm.). Awitare il disaeratore. interponendo tra di esso
e la pompa iniezione, il raccordo della tubazione di alirnen-
tazione. Serrare
il disaeratore con una chiave di 17 mrn.
ATTENZIONE
Il disaeratore non e installato sui motori do-
tati
di
pompa A.C.

Fasten the F.F. pump on the head cover with two Aiien screw:

INLET AND EXHAUST MANIFOLDS,
BREATHER PIPE
Assembie to the head inlet and exhaust manifoids witk
their gaskets.
Fasten with their nutsusing a 13 mm. wrench {fig.
102).
insert the breather pipe on the head cover and tha inie,
manifoid; fasten with ciamps.
INJECTOR-PUMP PIPE
insert the stiif pipe-unions on the injection pump and

INJECTOR WASTE PIPINGS
Fix
the injector waste pipe unions to the injector and io the
deaerator of injection pump respectiveiy (12 mm. wrench).
Screw in the deaerator, interposing a fuei feed pipe union

and the injection pump. Tghten the deserator
with a 17 mm. wrench. BEWAFIE: Deserator is not instalied
on engines eQUiDDed with FF. w m p . iiahten the fuei feed
