Controllare la tenuta tra corpo ed ago dei polveriuatore
azionando la pompa fino a raggiungere la pressione di inie-
zione.
Per m e u o di un cronometro controllare che tale pressione
scenda ad un valore di
120
Kglcm' in,un tempo compreso
tra
i
12 e i 22 secondi.
Azionare la pompa a mano. controllando per mezzo del
manometro, che la pressione ailaquale avviene I'iniezione sia
200+210 Kglcm'. Se necessario regolare la pressione
deii'iniezione ai valore corretto per mezzo di rondelle di
taratura (fig. 70). Se necessario, sostituire le molla.
NOTA
Si tenga presente che, qualora sia stata installata una mol-
la nuova, la taratura deli'iniettore va effettuata ad una pres-
sione di
5
Kgicmz superiore a quella normale (in modo da
tener conto dei successivo assestamento della moiia).
NOTA D I SICUREZZA
Per nessun motivo i getti

gasolio uscenti dai poiverina-
tore debbono entrare in contatto con qualunque parte del
corpo deil'operatore.
Essi hanno infatti una forza suMciente a forare la pelle e
possono causare gravi infezioni e awelenamenti nel san-
gue.
REGOLATORE DI GIRI
Accertarsi che le masse si muovano liberamente e che non
presentino tracce di usura. Il supporto delle masse deve
essere saldamente vincolato ail'ingranaggio. Controllare
che ii puntalino e la leva dell'acceleratore non presentino
tracce di usura di una certa entità.
In fase di rimontaggio si tenga presente che la distanza tra
i'estremità dei puntalino e la leva deve essere di 0,75 mm.

Teke into account that when installing a new spring# the in-

higher than the standard one (so that the subsequent ad-
justment is considered).

should not come to contact with the operator's body.

SPEED GOVERNOR
Make sure the rotating masses are free to turn and without
any trace of wear.The rnasses suppori must be ilrrniy
bound to the gear. Check that the acceierator drive rod and
lever do notsho w traces of wearo fsome entity.
During re-instaliation take into account that distance bet-
ween the drive rod end and a lever must be 0.75 mm.
