6.2 Replacing the filter

Every 6 months or so you should replace the filter 17 with a new one. You can reorder
new filters (see "Ordering accessories" on page 33).
• Check the filter 17 regularly for damage, dirt or odours. A damaged, dirty or un-
pleasant smelling filter 17 must be replaced.
1. Pull the power unit 8 out of the wall socket.
2. Push down the release buttons 1 and remove the front panel 14.
3. Figure A: pull the water tank 16 with the filter 17 out of the device 5.
4. Figure B: pull the 3 holders 18 outwards and lift the filter 17 upwards.
5. Place the new filter 17 on top of the water tank 16 so that it engages into the
3 holders 18.
6. Push the water tank 16 with the filter 17 back into the device 5.
7. Reinsert the front panel 14. The release buttons 1 must click engage.

6.3 Housing

1. Clean the housing from time to time with a damp cloth using a small amount of
detergent.
2. Dry with a soft cloth.

7. Storage

If you do not use the device for a longer period of time, the filter 17 must be completely
dry for hygienic reasons.
1. Empty the water tank 16.
2. Replace the water tank 16 and filter 17.
3. Run the device 5 at high speed setting for approx. 3 hours until the filter is dry.
WARNING! Keep the device 5 out of the reach of children.
