▶ Do not touch the welding plate during
operation or during the cooling-down
phase.
ATTENTION

▶ Insert the welding plate into the provided stand
during breaks in work.

system.

Geberit welding plate KSS-160/KSS-200:
the red signal lamp lights up during the heat-
up phase. Once the welding temperature
has been reached (after approx. 8 minutes),
the green signal lamp lights up.
Geberit welding plate KSS-315: the heat-up
phase is monitored by the built-in
temperature regulator. The welding
temperature is reached after approx. 20
minutes of heating.

Cut the pipes or fittings to length at a right
angle.
Heating the pipes or fittings:
• d 32 mm only by hand.
• d 40–75 mm by hand or with the welding
machine.
• d 90–315 mm only with the welding
machine.
