Under no circumstances a defective die grinding machine or grinding material can
be used as it may cause injuries and material loses.
•
Take the plastic plug out of the air inlet opening (Pos. 4) and assemble a 1/4" male
thread plug.
•
Before switching on the tool make sure that grinding stone or he rotating file is
correctly assembled and properly tightened.
•
The die grinder can be used either with the 3 mm or 6 mm or 1/4" adaptor (Pos. 1).
•
Assembly of the grinding stone / rotating file. – The die grinder must be
disconnected from the compressed air supply. Un tightening the chuck (Pos. 1). Then
put the shank of grinding stone or rotating file in the adaptor as deep as possible.
Tighten it securely by use of the two fixing spanners.
•
Check air pressure and, if necessary, adjust so the tool will operate at the required
speed and pressure. Adjustment of the pressure is performed by use of the regulator
of the compressor or separately installed pressure regulator. Specifications of the
tool complies with a 6.2 bar pressure.
•
Always treat the die grinder with care. A negligent attitude towards the tool may
cause damages of the internal parts and housing fractures. It may result in reduction
of the tool efficiency and the tool may drop in performance.
Check-out: Lubricating is important in oder to reduce noise and vibration level. In case
of continuous use of the tool is should be cleaned and checked at least 2 times a yea.
