Pump internal overheat (over 80 °C or 176 °F) detected by Built-in Temperature Sensor;

Working voltage out of range (lower than 9V or over 15V);
•
Pump over-time (continued 20 minutes) working limit reached; Other errors including battery low.
Troubleshooting
Fault
The air pump
cannot be started
normally.
Slow or abnormal
inflation.
Inspection
Check if the power source is
properly plugged
Check if the fuse in the DC plug is
burnt out
Overheating or overload.
Check if the hose is blocked or
cracked
Check if the joint between the hose
and air pump or the inflatable
product is properly installed
Check if the power source meets
the pump's requirements (12V
15A)
If the problem persists, please contact the seller or its service agent for advice.
Charging by Car or Extension Battery
Make sure it is charged or connect it to the 12V
DC socket
Change the fuse
Cool down the motor and restart it
Change the hose or make it unblocked
Reinstall the hose or valve adaptor, put on the
right size O-Ring
Do NOT use compact AC to DC wall convertors to
power the pump. Connect the pump car charger
adapter directly to a car's charger socket. Or use
a well charged minimum 12V 7AH external lead
acid battery with the optional 12V battery
