Caution
GENERAL
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damages
to persons or things due to improper use.
Never use the appliance with wet hands or bare feet.
Ensure that the appliance is not used by children or persons
who have not been instructed in its correct use.
MACHINE CLOSE-DOWN
When the machine remains unattended for a long period of
time (at night, during the weekly closing day or during
holidays) the following operations shall be performed:
- Switch off switch (11).
- Switch off the mains switch.
- Empty the coffee beans receptacle (2) and the ground
coffee doser (6)
Non-compliance with these safety measures exonerates
the manufacturer from all liability for malfunctions or damage
to persons or things
MOTOR BLOCK MICROSWITCH
The safety system protecting against accidental contact with
the grinders in operation consists of a device that interrupts
the power supply combined with a safety guard.
A microswitch (A) is located underneath the top cover and
can be operated from the outside through the special slot.
The microswitch control button (B) is pressed by a tab (C)
outside the hopper support.
If the hopper is not inserted correctly or is removed, the tab
(C) does not trigger the microswitch (A), which prevents the
grinder/dispenser from functioning.
As a result, the hopper serves as protection and does not
permit access to the grinder zone.
THERMAL PROTECTOR
The thermal protector cuts in if the motor gets overheated
due to malfunction.
Allow the appliance to cool down before switching it on again.
If the problem is repeated, call the authorized servicing
department.
TIMER
Only version A
The timer stops the power supply to the control circuits if
the machine functions continuously for at least 3 minutes.
To restore normal operations, switch off and back on the
grinder/dispenser switch (11).
The timer is very useful if the machine continues to run
without coffee in the hopper and no worker has noticed the
lack of coffee.

COFFEE STORAGE
Always use fresh coffee beans and store in jars or waterproof,
sealed bags. Keep away from light sources and store in a
cool, dry place.
Try to use up all the coffee in the doser at the end of the
working day since it can lose its aroma and spoil.
