11.3 Possible causes of
unsatisfactory drying results:
• The filter is clogged. Clogged filter
makes drying inefficient.
• The airflow slots are clogged.
• The drum is dirty.
Possible cause
Defective drum lamp.
The drying duration is calculated
according to load size and
dampness.
The water container is full.
The load size is small.
The laundry is too dry.
The filter is clogged.
The load is too large.
The laundry was not spun suffi‐
ciently.
Too low or too high room tem‐
perature - this is not the appli‐
ance malfunction.
Remedy
Contact the service centre to re‐
place the drum lamp.
This is automated - the appli‐
ance is working correctly.
Drain the water container, push
the Start/Pause button.
Select a time programme. The
time value must be related to the
load. To dry one item or a small
amount of laundry we recom‐
mend short drying times.
Select an appropriate time pro‐
gramme or a higher dryness lev‐
extra dry (Extratrock‐
el (e.g.
en) )
Clean the filter.
Do not exceed the maximum
load size.
Spin the laundry well in the
washing machine.
Ensure a room temperature
higher than +5°C and lower than
+35°C. Optimal room tempera‐
ture to achieve best drying re‐
sults is between 18°-25°C.
