In case of problems with your CCE 6000 and you cannot solve these problems with the help of the manual, please contact your
dealer first and in case of further questions our service team.
Please keep your invoice of purchase as proof of warranty. The type sticker on the back or underside of the machine with the
serial number may not be removed, pasted over, damaged or altered in any other way, otherwise the guarantee may be
invalidated.
In case of a return for repair, please use the RMA form for money counting machines on our website
service section. Please also make sure that the correct delivery address to our Service Point is entered to avoid delays and
unnecessary costs.
