Setup: 7. Speed
Select the menu item "Speed" using the arrow keys and press the START - button to change to the counting speed. After
selecting the point with START you can choose between the speeds
• low (1,000 banknotes / minute) or
• medium (1,200 banknotes / minute) or
• high (1,500 banknotes / minute).
Please note that high speed is only available for counting in Free-Count and Free-Count UV mode, otherwise reliable processing
with counterfeit detection is not guaranteed. These modes must be selected before selecting the speed.

Mechanical adjustments

Due to transport and wear of the transport rollers in the hopper area, readjustment of the banknote feeder may be necessary.
On the top side of the machine there is an adjusting screw which can be easily turned with a coin, key or screwdriver and thus
changes the contact pressure on the banknotes.
Please note that even small changes to this adjusting screw can have an effect on the processing and feeding of the banknotes.
Therefore, please proceed carefully in small steps.
If the CCE 6000 feeds pulls in not only one but several banknotes, please turn the adjusting screw in the direction of the "-" sign.
If the banknotes are fed into the machine poorly or at an angle, please turn the adjusting screw in the direction of the "+" sign.

Changing the fuse

The CCE 6000 is protected by a fuse, which can be easily replaced by you if necessary.
Before changing the fuse, please switch off the machine and unplug the mains plug from the unit. Failure to do so may result
in danger to life due to electric shock.
Remove the fuse cover and replace the fuse with an equivalent fuse. The fuse cover must be firmly pressed on again after
replacement.
