8. Solve problems

Problem
Remote Trigger
has no function
Flash or Camera
do not trigger
NOTE
Pay attention to electromagnetic fields, which can be caused, e.g., by radio
receiver devices or radio remote devices. These can cause malfunctions.
Change batterie
WARNING
Please just use batteries, which comply with the required specifications.
See Technical Specifications.
1. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw on the bottom side of the
transmitter (might be under a sticker).
2. Take off the top side of the housing.
3. Change the battery. Pay attention to the right polarity.
4. Put housing togehter again correctly and tighten screws carefully.
Possible reason
Studio flash is
switched off
The frequency between
transmitter and receiver
is not the same
Battery on receiver is
too weak
Sync cord/Flash mount
not connected correctly
Solution
Switch on studio flash
Please set the same
channel on both devices
Change battery,
see Change battery
Check sync cord/flash
mount connection
