Troubleshooting
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean
there is a defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if
you can correct the malfunction.

Never try to repair a defective or suspected defective appliance yourself. You can

lowed to carry out this repair work.

Possible causes
• The power supply is interrupted. • Check whether the power sup-

• No cycle has been selected.
• The dryer has not been
switched on.

• Check whether the door is
closed.
• Check whether a cycle has
been selected.
• Check whether the On/Off but-
ton (1) has been pressed.
• If the dryer still does not start
after that, contact our service
department (see page EN-29).
