Problem
Nothing displays on the
front LCD panel but the
mains is normal.
Alarm continuously
sounds when the
mains is normal.
When power fails, back-
up time is shorten.
The mains is normal but
the UPS is in battery
mode.

Battery backup time is

Low battery.

due to high temperature

charged.
Batteries defect.
Fan is locked or not
working.
Low battery icon is shown
on the LCD screen.

Solutions
Charge the UPS at least 4 hours.

reconnecting equipment, please
verify that the load matches the UPS
capability specified in the specs.
Remove some critical load.
Replace the battery with the same
type of battery.
Reconnect the power cord properly.

input correctly.
Charge the batteries at least 6 hours
and then check the capacity again.
If the problem still persists, please
consult your dealer.
Contact your dealer to replace the
batteries.
Check fans and notify your dealer.

reconnecting devices, please verify
the total loads match the UPS
capability specified in the spec.
