Problem
Nothing displays on the
front LCD panel but the
mains is normal.
Alarm continuously
sounds when the
mains is normal.
When power fails, back-
up time is shorten.
The mains is normal but
the UPS is in battery
mode.

Fan is locked or not
working.

Charge the UPS at least 4 hours.
