LED 100 Service
1 Switch off the TANGO controller/DSU-1 and microscope.
2 Unmount the LED 100 from the microscope.
3 Remove one of the two slotted screws on the housing of
the LED 100 (slotted screwdriver).
4 Remove the filter holder dummy.
