Remedy
Make sure that
the LED 100 is correctly connected to the TANGO controller or the DSU-1.
•
the TANGO controller or DSU-1 are switched on.
•
Check, depending on the system setup,
the settings of the TANGO controller,
•
the settings of the software SwitchBoard or
•
the position of the dial control on the DSU-1.
•
Check the trigger signal from the external trigger signal generator or disable
the trigger function.
Ensure a free view in the beam path of the microscope.
