Troubleshooting and error correction
Problem
Unit does not start
when the On/Off
button is pressed
Unit does not provide
enough cooling

Condensate tank is full

The surface is not straight.
The noise is generated at the
cooling system.

Solution
Connect the device to another power
outlet; check that the voltage is present.
Adjust the set temperature.
Adjust the set temperature.
Manually drain the water from the
tank (see page 10)
Make sure that all doors and windows are
closed. Seal the exhaust air opening better.
Check whether radiators or electrical
devices are switched on and switch them off
if necessary.
Check the exhaust air hose and clean it if
necessary.
Adjust the set temperature.
Check the minimum distance to the wall.
Clean the air intake opening if necessary.
