3. Intended use

This product is designed to inspect small openings, engine compartments and other inacces-
sible areas. The flexible gooseneck enables you to move the colour camera to inaccessible
places. The built-in colour monitor allows you to inspect areas that are usually concealed.
The endoscope comes with a number of accessories (mirror, magnet and hook) that you can
use to perform a range of tasks.
The gooseneck and camera head are waterproof (IP67) and designed for use in aqueous liq-
uids (not acids or caustic solutions). The housing and the monitor must not be exposed to or
submerged in liquids.
The application for humans and animals is not allowed.
Power is supplied by 4x 1.5 V AA / LR6 / Mignon batteries (not included).
Only use batteries of the specified type.
The meter must not be used when it is open, with an open battery compartment or when the
battery compartment cover is missing.
For safety and approval purposes, do not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product
for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition, improper
use can cause hazards such as a short circuit, fire or electric shock. Read the operating instruc-
tions carefully and store them in a safe place. Only make this product available to third parties
together with its operating instructions.
