This appliance is designed for domestic and not industrial
use.
Use the appliance for processing normal quantities of food
for domestic use. These operating instructions refer to
various models.
Please keep the operating instructions.
If passing on the appliance to a third party, always include
the operating instructions.

Used for switching the appliance on and off and
adjusting the operating speed.

direction until it clicks" into position.
To store the processed food, attach the lid to the jug.

Risk of electric shock!
Connect and operate the appliance only in accordance with
the specifications on the rating plate.
If the mains cable and/or appliance are damaged, do NOT
use the appliance.
Keep children away from the appliance.
After using the appliance, before cleaning the appliance,
if leaving the appliance unattended or if the appliance
malfunctions, ALWAYS pull out the mains plug.
Do not lay the mains cable near sharp edges or hot
surfaces.
To prevent injury, repairs such as replacing a damaged
mains cable may be carried out by our customer service
only.
Do not operate the appliance with wet hands and do not run
at no load.
Operate the appliance with genuine accessories only.
Caution when processing hot liquids.
Liquids may splash when being processed. Do not immerse
the appliance in liquid.
If there is a power failure, the appliance remains switched
on.

Risk of injury!
Do not change tools until the appliance is at a standstill-
when the appliance is switched off, it continues running
briefly.
Never grip the blades in the universal cutter.
Never clean the cutter blades with bare hands. Use a brush
and take hold of the cutter blade by the plastic handle only.
Important!
Wait until the universal cutter is at a standstill before
attaching and removing the base unit.

Please ask your dealer or inquire at your local authority about
current means of disposal.
Operating the appliance
Base unit
Clean the appliance and tools before using for the first time.
S Fully unwind the mains cable.
S Attach the desired tool to the base unit and lock into
position.
Large aperture = tools with plastic ring
S Insert the mains plug.
S Place food in a tall jug.
S Insert the tools into the jug and switch on the appliance
at the desired setting. Use the quick action setting M for
stirring or if briefly using the universal cutter.
S After using the appliance, set the switch to 0" and
disconnect and remove the tools by pressing the release
button.
Note: Always switch off the base unit before taking it out of
the processed food.
Some models
Whisk
Used for whipping cream, beating egg whites and making
milk shakes (cold milk, max. 8 °C).
