9.2 Setting the collecting tank height (only
RMQ A)
The height is the distance from the bottom of the
tank to the overflow.
Setting the collecting tank height on the operating
panel is only necessary if you require exact display
indication of the water level.
The RMQ unit operates independently of this setting
as the system automatically switches to mains-water
supply when the water level in the collecting tank is
approximately 0.3 m.
The unit can be set to display the correct water level
in the collecting tank. The setting can be made using
a screwdriver. See fig. 14.

Procedure
1. Remove the rubber plug from the potentiometer.
See fig. 16 (2).
2. To activate the setting, turn the potentiometer
approximately 45 °.
3. Turn the potentiometer to the maximum water
depth in the collecting tank. Do as follows: Turn
the potentiometer until the desired height is
shown in the display. See the table below.
4. Press [Reset] to store the setting. An acoustic
signal confirms the operation.
5. Insert the rubber plug.

Examples:

2.5 10 % + 20 % on, 50 % flashing.
Example: If the water level is set to maximum 1 m,
the 50 % display reading means that the water level
in the tank is 0.5 m.
