Setting the pressure switch

The pressure switch is set at the factory.
Switch-on pressure 5 bar
Switch-off pressure 8 bar
Possible causes of machine failure
Overloading of the motor and hence triggering of the
overload circuit-breaker may result from:
G An excessively high mains voltage
G Excessively high ambient temperatures and an
insufficient air supply
G Defective compressor valves or a leaking non-
return valve
G A low level of oil, sluggish connecting rod
bearings
Leave a.c. motors enough time to cool off before
switching on again. Avoid touching hot components
and pipe lines.
