RESET AMPLIFIER TO FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS
When the Amplifier is being used with a new phone, you may need to reset it to the factory
default settings. First press the Mute Button (6) then the Headset/Handset Selector Button (7) and
the Mode Selector (4) button and hold them until all the LEDs flash. Release your hold and the
Amplifier has been reset to the factory default settings.
This method does not reset the Configuration Dial (12) that must be done manually.
Using a paper clip to turn the Dial will allow you to feel when it passes through the four positions.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES*

There are a range of Plantronics accessories designed to enhance the functionality of the A20.
1. OLI Extension Cord (46429-01). Allows placement of OLI further from amplifier.
2. Handset Lifter (35862-01).
For details, contact your supplier or local Plantronics office.

WARNINGS
Use only the supplied AC adapter (Plantronics part number 35748-01 UK or 35756-01 Euro).
Ensure that the voltage and frequency markings correspond to the local supply. The mains socket
outlet must be installed near the equipment and must be easily accessible.
Use the A20 with a Plantronics H series headset. For headsets in this range please consult
your supplier.
Do not use the A20 with one piece telephones (telephones in which the dial keypad is part of
the handset).
Unplug the unit from the telephone set and the AC adapter from the mains supply before cleaning
with a damp (not wet) cloth.
Do not allow the product to get wet.

WARRANTY

Plantronics guarantees the satisfactory condition of the equipment with regard to manufacturing
and material defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. (Please retain the original receipt).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
