ISTRUZIONI MONTAGGIO UNITA' DI RIPRESA

1)
Unire la scatola incasso dell'unità di ripresa
alla scatola incasso pulsantiera tramite i di-
stanziali passacavo di colore bianco (forniti
con l'unità di ripresa).
Nel caso di abbinamento di 2 o più pulsantiere,
accoppiare le scatole incasso tramite i distan-
ziali passacavo di colore nero forniti a corredo
delle pulsantiere a 2 file senza P.E. (fig. 1 e 2).
Se necessario, tali distanziali possono essere
forniti a parte:

per pulsantiere.
Sch. 725/731
distanziale passacavo
per unità di ripresa.

Murare a filo muro le scatole incasso, curando
che il filo superiore della scatola incasso del-
l'unità di ripresa sia a m. 1,55 ÷ 1,60 da terra
(fig. 1 e 2).
3)
Curare che i fili di collegamento fuoriescano dai
passaggi predisposti.
4)
Una volta murate le scatole incasso, montare
la staffa di unione "A" per mezzo delle viti a
corredo "B". Vedere il disegno di montaggio
complessivo (fig. 3), dove viene indicato il par-
ticolare del montaggio.
Qualora le scatole vengano montate su muri
irregolari o su pannelli, per assicurare il perfet-
to piano di appoggio, avvitare le 4 viti "C" per
ottenere la staffa di unione "A", perfettamente
allineata a filo muro.

Montare il telaio portatasti della pulsantiera
sulla scatola incasso, curando il centraggio con
le alette "D" (fig. 3).
Attenzione: il posto esterno deve essere rivolto
verso l'alto.
6) Innestare il connettore di alimentazione sulla
telecamera.
7)
Fissare la telecamera Sch. 725/600 (50 Hz) o
Sch. 725/79 (60 Hz) all'unità di ripresa per
mezzo delle viti "V" (fig. 4).
Attenzione: la telecamera può essere montata
in 2 posizioni:
- posizione "A" per impianti con monitori
Ranger, Scout e Winflat;
- posizione "B" per impianti con monitori
Explorer.

Montare il telaio dell'unità di ripresa curando il
centraggio con le alette "D" della staffa "A", in
modo analogo a quanto eseguito per telaio
portatasti della pulsantiera.
Per il fissaggio dell'unità di ripresa, utilizzare le
viti antifurto a 3 fori "V" fornite a corredo con
l'utensile "U" per l'avvitatura (fig.4).

Eseguire i collegamenti alla morsettiera del-
l'unità di ripresa.
10) La griglia deve trovarsi in alto, ed il marchio
URMET DOMUS essere leggibile. Occorre
quindi:
− togliere la molla "M";
− estrarre la griglia "G" facendo leva con un
cacciavite nei punti indicati;
− ruotare la griglia (alto-basso);
− eseguire le operazioni inverse (fig. 5).
11) Una volta eseguiti i collegamenti alla pulsantiera
(posto esterno, lampade, tasti interruttori) fis-
sare i frontali della pulsantiera e dell'unità di
ripresa (fig. 6).
12) Complessivo della pulsantiera a 1 fila (fig. 7) ed
a 2 file (fig. 8).

1)
Join the embedding box of the TV camera unit
to the same one of the push button panel, by
means of the white spacers (supplied with the
TV camera).
In case of combination of push button panels,
couple the embedding boxes of the same, by
means of the black spacers supplied with the 2
rows without loudspeaking unit (pictures 1 and 2).
Anyway, such spacers may be supplied apart:

spacer for push button panels.
Ref. 725/731
spacer for TV camera unit.
2) Wall on the level (or just a little inside) the
combined embedding boxes, bewaring that the
upper wire of the embedding box of the video
unit is m. 1,55 ÷ 1,60 from ground (pictures 1
and 2).

Beware that connection wires pass through the
special spaces as indicated.
4)
Once walled the embedding boxes, mount the
bracket "A" by means of the supplied screws
"B". See the mounting drawing and picture 3
where the mounting detail is shown.
In case the embedding boxes have been mounted
on irregular walls or on panels, it is necessary
to screw and adjust the 4 screws "C" in order to
range the union bracket "A" perfectly on the
wall level. In this way, you can keep the perfect
support plane.
5)
Mount the keys frame of the push button panel
on the embedding box, bewaring the correct
gain of the tongues "D" (picture 3).
Beware: the loudspeaking unit must be placed
upwards .
6)
Engage the voltage
connector on the TV
camera.
7)
Fix the TV camera Ref. 725/600 (50 Hz) or Ref.
725/79 (60 Hz) to the unit by means of the
screws "V" (picture 4)
Beware: the TV camera may be mounted in 2
positions:
− position "A" for installations with Ranger,
Scout and Winflat monitors;
− position "B" for installations with Explorer
monitors.

Mount the frame of the TV camera unit, bewaring
the correct gain of the tongues "D" in bracket
"A" as shown in point 5.
To fix the TV camera unit, employ the special
screws with three holes "V". These screws are
supplied with screwer "U" (picture 4).
9)
Make connections to the terminal board of the
TV camera unit.
10) The grid should be put on high and the brand
URMET DOMUS should be readable;
− take the spring "M" away;
− take the grid "G" out levering with a screwdriver
in the indicated points;
− turn the grid (high-low);
− make the inverted operations (picture 5).
11) Once executed the connections to the push
button panel (loudspeaking, unit, lamps, keys for
switches), fix the frontal parts of the push button
panel and of the TV camera unit (picture 6).
12) Enclosed are pictures 7 and 8 for a total drawing
of the 1 row / 2 rows push button panels.
