Troubleshooting

The light does not work
Switch off power. Lift the glass of the the DOME Pandant upwards. Insert
a rigid item (like a screwdriver) underneath the glass to keep it up. You
can now access the halogen bulb. Verify it is well-seated and not broken.
If you need to replace the bulb, replace it with a standard R7S 78mm,
230V/120W bulb.
NOTE: Always use a cloth or gloves to replace the bulb, touching it with
hands shortens the life considerably.
If this does not resolve your issue, verify that the blue and brown wires are
properly inserted into the connection block. Refer to Step 9. If problem
persists, reprogram the remote (See next page).
No heat
Check if the DOME Pendant is switched on.
The heating switches give a sound, check if you hear a click when you
press H1 and H2. If this is not the case, the switch does not get power or is
broken. Check if all wires are connected properly. (step 9)
Only some elements are heating
If elements are not working (See Step 9) and verify that the
black and gray wires are securely connected in the proper terminals.
Nothing works
Verify all wires are properly inserted in the connector block (See Step 9).
Verify that the circuit breaker switch is not tripped/is turned on.
