2） Regularly check the piston rod for rust and corrosion, and then apply a proper amount of lubricating oil after cleaning.
3） Regular application of light lubricating oil at the pedal shaft center, caster spindle and hinge can prevent corrosion and ensure that
the caster and pedal move smoothly.
4） It is recommended to carry out annual inspection by professional technical personnel.
Bleeding instructions:
1） Loosen the filler vent screw and raise the secondary piston rod to 1/2 stroke.
2） Turn the oil pump upside down. If oil leaks from the filler vent screw hole, please tighten it properly without screwing it completely.
3） Turn the unloading valve stem （counterclockwise）, manually retract the bracket head into the oil pump and hold the bracket
straight after the bracket head is fully retracted.
4） If the air is not discharged completely, repeat the above steps 1-3 times.
Oil change requirement:
1） In order to ensure the best performance and service life of the product, please change the hydraulic oil thoroughly at least once a
year.
Oil level check:
1） Raise the bracket head to the highest position and continue to depress the pump pedal. When the oil is sufficient, it requires great
force to depress the pedal. When the oil level is low, it requires little force to depress the pedal.
Oil change procedure:
1） When the bracket head is at the lowest position, unscrew the entire filler vent screw, tilt the pump body, and release the hydraulic
oil into a suitable container.
2） Make sure that no waste or foreign matter enters the system during oil change. Place the pump horizontally, with the filler vent
screw facing up, and inject high-quality hydraulic oil into the hole. Change the hydraulic oil up to 2 liters. After that, bleed the
hydraulic system according to the bleeding instructions.
Note: Dispose the used hydraulic oil in accordance with local regulations.
