3. Please observe the following when attaching the mixer tap.
1. In order to maintain a seal and optimum function between the sink and the
mixer, please ensure that only mixer taps recommended by BLANCO are used.
2. Use non-coloured neutral silicone to seal the contact area between the sink and
the mixer tap as well as the seals included with the mixer tap.
3. In order to guarantee the best possible fit and seal, the mixer must be fitted in
the middle of the tap hole. When tightening the screw connection, the silicone
applied to the contact area between the sink and the mixer tap must swell up
out on all sides. Please remove this excess silicone.
4. In order to guarantee the connection between the sink and the mixer tap, the
sealed area must have set before any load is applied and before it comes into
contact with water.
4. Please observe the following when fitting the sink into the worktop.
With the ceramic sinks BLANCODELTA
and BLANCOPRION 9 E with installation
template, please observe the information
attached.
Always observe the following:
1. Seal the cut edge of the worktop with a suitable sealant. We recommended
neutral silicone for the protection of delicate worktops.
2. Apply a 2 – 3 mm layer of neutral colourless silicone to the cut underside of the
sink edge.
3. Carefully lower the sink into the cut-out; do not tilt when inserting, and press
firmly into position. The silicone applied to the contact area between the sink
and the worktop must swell out on all sides. Please remove this excess silicone.
4. In order to guarantee the connection between the sink and worktop, the sealed
area must have set before any load is applied and before it comes into contact
with water.
