Registrieren der Absenderinformation
(KOPFZEILE)
In diesem Abschnitt werden Grundlagen behandelt, die Sie sich vor dem Verwenden der Faxfunktionen
aneignen sollten.
Registrieren Sie Ihre Absenderinformation (Fax-/Telefonnummer, Name usw.) und stellen Sie das
aktuelle Datum und die Uhrzeit ein. Diese Informationen erscheinen dann als Kopfzeile in dem von der
Gegenstelle empfangenen Dokument.

Was versteht man unter Absenderinformation?
Wenn Sie ein Dokument versenden, kann der Empfänger anhand der auf jeder Seite als Kopfzeile
eingeblendeten Informationen sofort erkennen, wer der Absender ist.
