Disables the [PTT] button on a channel that is
already in use. The transceiver will sound a beep
tone and will not transmit if the [PTT] button is
pressed when a channel is already in use.
When OFF the numeric keypad is not
automatically locked after 10 seconds.
When ON the numeric keypad is locked after 10
seconds.
NOTE - To unlock the numeric keypad press and
hold the #/Lock button on the numeric keypad.
