Fit the Fan Contactor on the wall near to the fan according to figure.
2.
Fit the Operation Box on the wall near to the operators working area.
NOTE!
Only one spotligth (for the extractor arm) can be connected to each
Operation Box.

WARNING!
Risk of personal injury.
• Break the power supply to the Fan Contactor and Operation Box before any
electrical work is started.
• Electrical installation of the system it to be done by a qualified electrician.
Connection should be done according to the wiring diagram.
1.
Connect a cable between the Fan Contactor and the Operation Box. A1
to J7:0V and 96 to J2:B. A cable 2 x 1.0 mm
cable from J2:A to J7:24 V.
2.
For systems with sensor; connect the sensor cable in the Operation Box.
3.
Connect possible spotlight or switch for Nederman Extractor arms.
NOTE!
Check correct voltage connection: block J6. D3 = light emission diode
for voltage connected.
Connection of several Operation Boxes
See Figure 4. Several Operation Boxes can be connected when a central fan
should be operated. See wiring diagram, Figure 3.
NOTE!
The Fan Contactor can be connected to any of the Operation Boxes.
Delay time
The system with sensor stops the fan automatically after welding with a delay
time of 1 minute. This time can be adjusted with a potentiometer positioned
in the Operation Box, see Figure 3. The time can be adjusted between 0 and
5 minutes ±25 %.
