(DE) Das Modell ist eine Nachbildung der E 10 / E40 in der Ausführung mit Doppellampen. Die Ausstattung
des Modells entspricht der jeweiligen Einsatzzeit. Das Fahrzeug ist auf allen Achsen angetrieben, von denen

(GB) The model is a to-scale replica of the Bügelfalten (creased versions) E 10 / E40 in the design with double
lamps. The model is equipped in line with its use as a Rheingold train locomotive. The vehicle is driven on
all axles, two of which are equipped with a traction tyre. The current is drawn via all sets of wheels from the
rail or overhead line (the paint must be removed from the pantographs by several movements at the joints).
The changeover switch is located on the printed circuit board under the roof. The lighting of the model is
performed depending on the direction of travel.
The model achieves its optimum driving characteristics after a running-in time of approx. 20 minutes in
resin-free lubricant or oil is only necessary after approx. 100 operating hours. Suitable grease is TILLIG with
the Item no. 08973.
The upper part of the model is latched on to the chassis. The side latching lugs are located just in front of the
both directions. The model comes sufficiently greased at delivery. Regreasing or oiling with acid-free and
