1. Odmontujete zadní světla, nárazník a jeho kovovou výztuhu.(Tato nebude již zapotřebí). Na pravé straně uvolněte plastové trubky v místě uchycení tažného zařízení.
Šrouby od výztuhy vraťte zpět do otvorů a dotáhněte.
2. Od zadu vsuňte do nosníků tažné zařízení a přichyťte šrouby M12x35 přes podložky (plochá k zadnímu čelu, velkoplošná dále od čela.).
3. Dotáhněte dle utahovacích momentů. Zhotovte předznačený výřez nárazníku.
4. Namontujte zpět všechny díly odmontované v bodě č.1.
1. Remove rear lights, bumper and its metal stiffener. (It is no longer needed.) On the right side, release the plastic pipes at the place, where the tow bar is to be attached.
Put the screws of the stiffener back into their holes and tighten them.
2. From behind, insert the tow bar into the beams and affix it with using of M10x35 screws and washers (put the flat one close to rear face and the
large-are one further off the face).
3. Tighten all the parts to prescribed torques. Make the marked cut-out in the bumper.
4. Reinstall all the parts removed within the step 1.
1. Odmontujete zadné svetlá, nárazník a jeho kovovou výstuhu. (Táto nebude už potrebné). Na pravej strane uvoľnite plastové rúrky v mieste uchytenia ťažného zariadenia.
Skrutky od výstuhy vráťte späť do otvorov a dotiahnite.
2. Od zadu vsuňte do nosníkov ťažné zariadenie a prichyťte skrutky M12x35 cez podložky (plochá k zadnému čelu, veľkoplošná ďalej od čela.).
3. Dotiahnite podľa uťahovacích momentov. Zhotovte predznačené výrez nárazníka.
4. Nainštalujte späť všetky diely odmontované v bode č.1.
1. Die Hecklichter, Stoßstange und deren Metallstrebe ausbauen .(Diese wird nicht mehr benötigt). Auf der rechten Seite die Kunststoffrohre an der Stelle der Befestigung
der Zugeinrichtung lösen. Die Schrauben der Strebe erneut in die Öffnungen einsetzen und festziehen.
2. Von hinten die Zugeinrichtung in die Träger einschieben und mit den Schrauben M12x35 mit U-Scheiben befestigen (die flache an der Heckwand,
die großflächige weiter von der Heckwand.).
3. Mit den entsprechenden Anzugsmomenten festziehen. Den vormarkierten Ausschnitt in der Stoßstange herstellen.
4. Alle im Punkt Nr. 1 ausgebauten Teile wieder einbauen.
1. Demontujemy tylne lampy, zderzak i jego metalowe wzmocnienie. (Nie będzie już więcej potrzebne). Z prawej strony, w miejscu mocowania haka holowniczego luzujemy
plastikowe rurki. Śruby do mocowania wzmocnienia wkładamy z powrotem do otworów i dokręcamy.
2. Od tyłu wsuwamy do belek hak holowniczy i przymocowujemy go śrubami M12x35 przez podkładki (płaska w stronę tylnego czoła, wielkopowierzchniowa dalej od czoła.).
3. Dokręcamy z zachowaniem wymaganych momentów. Wykonujemy oznaczone wcześniej wycięcie w zderzaku.
4. Montujemy z powrotem wszystkie części, które były wymontowane w punkcie nr 1.
1. Retirer les feux arrière, le pare-chocs et son renfort métallique (ce renfort ne sera plus nécessaire). Sur le côté droit, desserrer les tuyaux en plastique au point de fixation du
dispositif d´attelage. Remettre les vis de renfort dans les trous et les resserrer.
2. Insérer le dispositif d´attelage dans les poutres par derrière et le fixer avec des boulons M12x35 à l´aide des rondelles (rondelle plate sur la face arrière, rondelle à grande surface
plus loin de la face arrière).
3. Serrer aux couples de serrage prescrits. Faire une découpure pré-marquée dans le pare-chocs.
4. Réinstaller toutes les pièces retirées à l'étape 1.
