Possible causes

Solution
• Check the power supply
• Check whether water supply is
connected properly and water
is turned on
• Ensure door is closed properly
• Check the drain hose
• Check and clean the coarse filter
• Check if the kitchen sink is
draining well or call a service
agent for help
• Only use special dishwasher
detergent
• Wipe up rinse-aid spills
• Only use detergent without
colourant
• Clean the interior with a damp
sponge regulary
• Do not wash these items in the
dishwasher
• Always run a short programme
(Kurz 45°C ) after adding salt
• Check and properly close it
