Cleaning the Housing
 Before cleaning, please pull the power plug and allow the unit to
cool down!
 Use only a lightly moistened cloth to clean the motor unit.
 Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any liquids!
 Do not use metal or sharp items to clean the unit, because these
may damage the surfaces. Do not use aggressive chemicals or
similar materials for cleaning.
Cleaning the Meat Mincer Accessory
 Clean all the accessories for mincing meat before and after each
use.
 Clean the accessory thoroughly with hot water and mild deter-
gent. Do not clean all parts in the dishwasher.
 The blade is sharp. Be careful when cleaning the blade.
 Dry all parts immediately after cleaning and apply some vegeta-
ble oil on the grinding discs and the worm shaft in order to lubri-
cate and to protect them from corrosion.
Cleaning the Glass Jar
 Use the speed setting P to remove residues form the 4-fold
blade and the glass jar.
 Clean the glass jar after each use. Pour lukewarm water and
some detergent into the glass jar. Run the mixer briefly and then
unplug from power mains.
Disassembling the Glass Jar for Cleaning
1. If necessary you can disassemble the blade from the glass jar in
order to be able to thoroughly cleaning the parts.
