Troubleshooting

Cause
1) No fuel
2) No spark on the spark plug
3) No oil (Oil Alert System)
4) Gas cock is closed
5) ON/OFF switch is in position
OFF
1) No fuel
2) No spark on the spark plug
3) No oil (Oil Alert System)
4) Throttle lever is in wrong
position
5) Gas cock is closed
6) Choke in wrong position
1) Screws are loosened
1) Air filter is clogged or dirty
2) Overload
3) Carbon debris on the spark
plug
1) Tension of cable pull is not
adjusted correctly
2) Belt comes off
1) Discharge chute is blocked
2) Rotating auger is clogged
3) Rotating auger does not
rotate
Solution
1) Fill fuel
2) If necessary clean or
replace spark plug
3) Refill oil
4) Open gas cock
5) Set ON/OFF switch to ON
1) Fill fuel
2) If necessary clean or
replace spark plug
3) Refill oil
4) Change position of throttle
lever
5) Open gas cock
6) Push choke lightly forth or
back
1) Tighten the screws
1) Clean filter
2) Reduce load
3) Clean the spark plug
1) Adjust tension of the cable
pull with the adjusting sleeve
and fix with the lock nut
2) Refit the belt
1) Remove obstruction with
wooden stick
2) Clean the rotating auger
and remove foreign objects
3) Adjust the cable pull
