Replacing the Drive Belt

1. Loosen the nut for the belt cover with
the wrench of the size 10. The nut is
situated at the rear side of the belt cover
(15). Remove the belt cover.
2. Open the nut (J) of the belt pulley (G).
Firmly hold the shaft (H) at the rear side
with pliers in order to unscrew the nut.
Remove the belt from both pulleys.
Loosen the belt pulley (G) only a little
bit, just to remove the belt.
3. Place a new belt over the pulleys and
re-tighten the belt pulley (G) with the
nut (J).
