WARNINGS / PRECAUTIONS
Choose a safe spot, away from traffic, to familiarise yourself with your new bicycle. We strongly recommend
that you wear at least a helmet when using the bicycle.
Furthermore, the user must observe the requirements of the national regulations when the bicycle is used
on public roads (observance of traffic regulations, lighting and signalling for example). The company MGTS
declines all responsibility if the rider of the bicycle does not respect the applicable regulations.
This bicycle is intended to be used on urban and suburban roads. It is not intended for use on roads without
tarmac or in bad condition. It is not designed for "off-road" use or for competition. Not observing this
intended use could lead to a fall or accident and could prematurely and irremediably deteriorate the
condition of your bicycle.
If the bicycle is used by a child, the parents must supervise and ensure that the user is capable of using the
bicycle safely.
In case of unusual climatic conditions (rain, cold, night...), be particularly careful and adjust your speed and
your reactions accordingly.
Be careful of surrounding traffic.
Do not try jumps, races, stunts or any use that is does not conform to the intended use of your bicycle.
Do not ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The bicycle is not designed for more than one user.
Make sure that your bicycle is in good general condition before each use. The proper condition of parts subject
to wear such as, for example, the brakes, the tyres, the steering, the gears and the wheel rims should be
checked by the user before every use and regularly checked, services and adjusted by a qualified mechanic.
Be careful to properly maintain you bicycle according to the instructions of the user guide.
Warning: as for any mechanical component, a bicycle is subject to high stresses and will wear. The different
materials and components can react differently to wear or aging. If the intended useful life intended for a
component has been exceeded, it may suddenly break, presenting a risk of injury for the cyclist. Cracks,
scratches and discoloration in areas subject to high stresses indicate that the component has exceeded its
useful life and must be replaced.
