DryLin® T is delivered ready for installation. Clearance
of the carriage is adjusted at the factory. The preadjust-
ment is determined by the acting force on each individual
system. If necessary, clearance of the DryLin® T linear
guide system can be re-adjusted. This should always take
place when there is no load on the carriage.
+ more clearance - less clearance
After removing the protective covers,
loosen the nuts (A) using a 5mm wrench.
Check the clearance of the carriage after
adjusting the 3 levels. The guide should
move freely with minimal to no shake.
If sufficient, tighten the 3 nuts (A) and
replace the protective covers.

Reset the bearing clearance for the 3 guide
points (B) using a 1.5mm Allen wrench.
If the proper clearance cannot be obtained by
adjusting the screws (B), the sliding pads can be
released by pressing the reset buttons (C) on the opposite
side. Loosen the nuts (A) and press hard against the buttons
(C) using a 2.5mm Allen wrench.
Repeat the above steps until clearance is sufficient.
