introduction
Radio amateurs need to have immediately at its facilities in a coaxial cable to
power an antenna, it is the smallest unit to begin operations on the radio. But
when their needs and concerns increased need more antennas to cover more
bands. It is time to put another coaxial by his house to get to the roof or roof to
place the new antenna.
This situation has no limit and more cables are placed for more bands.
Our switch RS-150 remote antennas, coaxial cable provided for each placed three
new outlets for three antennas on the roof and two outputs act on two radio equi-
pment. Without control cable or new element between the radio room and the
roof.
The utility is huge, as each coaxial cable between the roof and the radio room can
be used two antennas.
Only limitation, it should be noted, that can not be used simultaneously anten-
nas. It is reasonable since the drop cable remains unique so it is not usable at the
same time in two different activities.
It is a clear example if we put on the roof in each of our unit connectors (RS -150)
Outdoor antenna:
1- Antenna 144 Mhz.
2- HF antenna Vertical
3- Antenna AH-521
And at the base:
1- equipment 144 Mhz.
2- Equipment HF
With this arrangement we can work on HF and VHF, but we can not hear 144
MHZ while we are using even just listening HF.
