Stoking
- First check that DIC has been set to automatic mode.
- Open the door and place 1.0 to 3.5 kg of firewood onto the embers. (2 pcs of firewood with a diameter of
approx. 10 cm and length of 25 cm weigh approx. 2 kg).
- Close the door
- DIC will now automatically regulate the air
intake.
Rear flue modification
Dismantling
1. Remove top plate.
2. Loosen tailstock screw (a).
3. Carefully remove temperature sensor (b).
4. Screw holder (c) anticlockwise to remove it.
5. Remove screw (e).
Reinstallation
1. Install screw (e).
2. Install holder (c) with temperature sensor (b).
3. Carefully tighten tailstock screw (a). Check the
height of the sensor.
Height of temperature sensor
1. Make sure that there is a distance of 30 mm from the top of the temperature sensor (b) to the top end of
the holder.
2. (If the stove has to be mounted with a top flue outlet, the distance must be at least 60 mm.)
3. If the temperature sensor is not at the correct height, you can adjust it by loosening the set screw (a).
