5. SCS-SYSTEM

Insert the fork through the lower part of the head tube.
Make sure that the lower fork bracket ring has taken its
position in the bearing and has been placed straight.

Fix the fork in the way that wheel axle stays shifted for-
ward, in the direction of the scooter movement.
•
Attach the SCS clamp and tighten the compression
screw with Allen wrench. Turn the fork a few turns and
adjust the tightening torque (tightening force) to ensure
free rotation of the fork and absence of roominess in
bearings
•
Insert the aluminium spacer into SCS. Align the cuts on
the clamp and handlebar.
•
Mount the handlebar strictly perpendicular to the position
of the front wheel. Tighten each screw alternately and
uniformly with Allen wrench. It is necessary to ensure a
uniform clamping of the clamp and the same tightening
torque on each screw.
